During the visit, the Director of VNU-CEA - Dr. Ta Thi Thu Hien visited
and worked with the Japan University Accreditation Association (JUAA) and the
Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). In the working session at JUAA
headquarters, to continue to strengthen bilateral cooperation, on May 12, 2024,
VNU-CEA and JUAA discussed and agreed on many related issues to ensure and
inspect quality, Vietnamese and Japanese accreditors training, organize
seminars, training to improve capacity, cooperate in assessment activities, … Attending the signing of the working minutes, on the side of VNU-CEA, there
was Dr. Ta Thi Thu Hien - Director; on the side of Vietnam Japan University,
there was Dr. Nguyen Hoang Oanh – Vice Rector; on the side of the JUAA, there
was Mr. Jun Kudo - Member of the Management Council, Executive Director of JUAA,

experience in implementing quality assurance systems, educational accreditation
processes, cooperation in developing training programs, post-evaluation quality
improvement activities, etc. of higher education institutions, such as Akita
International University, Toyo University, Shibaura Institute of Technology,
